The Job:
Our client is seeking an experienced Farm Manager to oversee the operations of a higher-generation breeding farm based in Fife. This role involves managing the day-to-day farm operations, ensuring high animal welfare standards, overseeing staff, and optimizing production efficiency. You will play a crucial role in maintaining breeding quality and performance while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
