JOB TITLE: Family Consultant Solicitor

PQE REQUIRED: 6+ PQE

SALARY: Generous Fee Share Arrangement

THE ROLE:

A rare opportunity has arisen within this modern and forward-thinking law firm. You will be working alongside Senior Solicitors and Partners who are experts in their field. The firm is particularly interested in speaking with Family Solicitors and Partners who have an existing client following and are looking for a better work/life balance. You should want to break away from the traditional settings of a law firm and work in a collective but modern way - as a Fee-Share Consultant. The firm is actively recruiting for this role due to an increase in clients and work directed to the firm's busy Family team, which requires an additional consultant who is able to bring a small following but is wanting to hit the ground running with an existing client base.

THE CANDIDATE:

You will be a Senior Solicitor / Partner with over 6 years’ experience within Family Law, and previous experience in advising HNW clients is desired. You will be tenacious and hard-working, with a drive to push forward your career and take control. You will thrive working from home and within a team – both options are on offer with this modern, forward-thinking firm. The firm is particularly interested in hearing from Solicitors with a substantial client following; however, the firm is in a position that they may have some existing work and clients that they are able to pass over.
