Family Solicitor

We are seeking a dedicated Family Law Solicitor with 1+ years of post-qualification experience to join a well-established firm in Birmingham. This role will focus on private family law matters, including divorce, financial settlements, child arrangements, and pre-nuptial agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Managing a diverse caseload of private family law matters.
2. Advising clients on a range of family law issues, with a focus on sensitive and complex cases.
3. Representing clients in court and at hearings.
4. Building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Requirements:

1. Qualified Solicitor with at least 1 year of post-qualification experience in family law.
2. Strong understanding of private family law and related procedures.
3. Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
