Job Description:

Our Client is seeking an experienced Family Lawyer with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse caseload, provide supervision to junior team members, and contribute to the continued growth of the Family department.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage a full caseload of privately and publicly funded family law matters, including divorce, financial remedy, children disputes, and domestic abuse cases.
  2. Provide supervision and support to junior team members, ensuring high standards of work.
  3. Ensure compliance with all relevant family law regulations and maintain a high standard of client care.
  4. Actively contribute to the development and marketing of the Family department to expand its client base and services.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, counsel, and other professionals.
Requirements:
  1. A minimum of 3 years' PQE in Family Law, with a solid track record in both private and legal aid matters.
  2. Proven ability to manage a busy caseload independently.
  3. Experience supervising or mentoring junior staff is desirable.
  4. A proactive approach to business development and marketing, with an interest in growing the department.
  5. Excellent communication, advocacy, and client care skills.
