The Role:

The firm is seeking a talented and experienced Family Solicitor (3+ years PQE) to join their thriving Tunbridge Wells team. This is a pivotal role within a dynamic and growing department that handles a diverse range of high-value, privately funded cases.

You'll take on a rewarding caseload, including:

• Divorce and financial remedy matters
• Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
• Private children law
• Complex, multi-jurisdictional cases

Your role will involve managing cases with precision, delivering exceptional client service, and contributing to the team's continued success through business development initiatives.

What You'll Need:

• At least 3 years PQE as a Family Solicitor or Legal Executive, likely with experience gained in a similar/well regarded Legal 500 ranked department
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a resolution-focused approach
