Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Family Solicitor, located in Bridgnorth. The Family Solicitor will handle day-to-day tasks such as advising clients on family law matters, representing clients in court, drafting legal documents, and negotiating settlements. Additional tasks include working closely with clients to provide personalized legal support, managing cases effectively, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of family law developments.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Family Law, including divorce, separation, prenuptial agreements, and cohabitation
• Ability to advise on children's matters with sensitivity and professionalism
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong negotiation and case management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Law and qualification as a solicitor
