An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Family Practitioner to support children and families. This role involves leading early help assessments, collaborating with social workers, and providing essential support to families in need. The ideal candidate will have an NVQ Level 3 or relevant experience and a passion for working with children. Main ResponsibilitiesOur Family Practitioners are key workers for the children and families we support.
