Family Paralegal

Service Care Solutions is working alongside a community-focused law firm, based in Warwickshire, which needs an experienced Family Paralegal with strong knowledge of divorce and financial proceedings to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a sharp legal mind and a proactive attitude to join a well-regarded, privately funded firm.

Role: Family Paralegal
Location: Warwickshire
Salary: £25,000 to £30,000 (this will depend on experience and interview performance)

Key responsibilities of the Family Paralegal role:

• Work alongside experienced solicitors, supporting on a caseload of divorce and financial remedy matters.
• Deal with clients from initial contact to preparing detailed financial statements and court bundles.
• Play a key role in helping clients navigate complex emotional and financial situations with clarity and care.

• Solid paralegal experience in family law, particularly divorce and finance.
• Strong communication skills and a discreet, empathetic approach.
• Ability to work independently within a fast-paced, high-standard practice.
