An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Legal Secretary for a 9-12 month maternity cover. This full-time role offers the chance to work closely with a specialist family lawyer, providing essential secretarial and administrative support. Initially fully office-based, the position will transition to a hybrid model after two months. The ideal candidate will possess at least three years of legal secretarial experience, showcasing strong audio typing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. A 9-12 month opportunity for a Legal Secretary to join a small team who really care about their clients and always go that extra mile. You will principally work one-to-one with an experienced and specialist family lawyer, providing her with secretarial and administrative support to enable her to work effectively and efficiently.
This is a full-time role, fully office-based for the first 2 months, then hybrid thereafter. As this is a maternity cover, the role is likely to last 9 – 12 months, or of course, may become permanent depending on the current employee’s decisions.
You will need a professional, polite, and enthusiastic approach. Ideally, you will have 3 years legal secretarial and audio typing experience. You will be highly organised and have the ability to multitask and be competent within Microsoft Office packages.
