Job Title: Legal Secretary
Salary: £25,000
Hours: Full Time
Location: Trowbridge

RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to work within the Family department of this well established, full service high street Law Firm. You will be supporting the Fee Earners in the Family Department, this includes - but may not be limited to:

1. Producing legal documents, letters, invoices, attendance notes, taking notes in meetings.
2. Effectively and clearly communicating with clients and Barristers.
3. Audio transcription.
4. Copy Typing.
5. Prepare bundles using Bundledocs.
6. Filing and photocopying.
7. Partake in training and refresher courses as and when required.

YOU WILL BE:

1. An experienced Legal Secretary ideally working with a Family Law department.
2. Accurate and fast typing speed.
3. Ability to draft bundles, ideally using Bundledocs.
4. Genuine interest in helping clients and employees within the firm.
5. Personable and friendly personality.
