Job Title: Legal Secretary

Salary: £25,000

Hours: Full Time

Location: Trowbridge

RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to work within the Family department of this well-established, full-service high street Law Firm. You will be supporting the Fee Earners in the Family Department, which includes - but may not be limited to:

1. Producing legal documents, letters, invoices, and attendance notes;
2. Taking notes in meetings;
3. Effectively and clearly communicating with clients and Barristers;
4. Audio transcription;
5. Copy typing;
6. Preparing bundles using Bundledocs;
7. Filing and photocopying;
8. Partaking in training and refresher courses as and when required.

YOU WILL BE:

1. An experienced Legal Secretary ideally working with a Family Law department;
2. Accurate and fast typing speed;
3. Ability to draft bundles, ideally using Bundledocs;
4. Possessing a genuine interest in helping clients and employees within the firm;
5. Having a personable and friendly personality.
