Family Legal Secretary – Slough

A well-established law firm in Slough is seeking a Family Legal Secretary to support its busy Family Law team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Legal Secretary to work closely with solicitors, assisting on divorce, child arrangements, financial settlements, pre-nuptial agreements and separation matters, with occasional civil litigation work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting legal documents, including Form E and court bundles
  • Audio and copy dictation
  • Preparing letters and legal correspondence
  • Liaising with clients, courts and third parties professionally
  • Managing fee-earner diaries, scheduling appointments and organising meetings
  • Handling file management, legal billing and general administrative tasks

Ideal Candidate:

Experience in Family Law (divorce, children and financial matters)
Fast and accurate typing (60 WPM)
Proficient in MS Office (Word & Outlook)
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Professional, proactive and client-focused
