Salary Range: £45,000 to £47,500

Contract: Full or Part Time, Permanent

• Our client is excited to present an excellent job opportunity, managed by CRA Consulting. They are seeking experienced family law practitioners from a private law firm environment seeking transition into an alternative organisational set up, non-profit lawyers or qualified legal professionals within local government or local authorities.

Role Overview:

• As the successful applicant, you will operate in partnership with a leading in-house legal team, working collaboratively with the wider organisational set up.
• The in-house legal department handles a range of matters including regulatory advice, employee relations, high-court litigation, contracts and advisory work.
• If successful, you will oversee case management, investigations, prepare strategy, make applications, conduct advocacy in family court and provide expert legal advice to key stakeholders.
