They are seeking experienced family law practitioners from a private law firm environment seeking transition into an alternative organisational set up, non-profit lawyers or qualified legal professionals within local government or local authorities.
Role Overview:
As the successful applicant, you will operate in partnership with a leading in-house legal team, working collaboratively with the wider organisational set up.
The in-house legal department handles a range of matters including regulatory advice, employee relations, high-court litigation, contracts and advisory work.
If successful, you will oversee case management, investigations, prepare strategy, make applications, conduct advocacy in family court and provide expert legal advice to key stakeholders.
