Job Title: Family Lawyer - Matrimonial & Finances
Salary Range: £40,000 to £60,000 per annum
Location: Nottingham City Centre
Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Role Overview & Daily Responsibilities:

1. Managing a varied caseload of private family law matters including divorce, financial remedy, cohabitation, pre-nuptial agreements, child arrangements, and domestic violence.
2. Providing tailored advice to clients on their legal options and representing them in court as required.
3. Building strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates on their case and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
4. Conducting negotiations on behalf of clients to reach settlement agreements.
5. Assisting with business development activities, including networking and marketing initiatives.
6. Keeping up to date with changes in family law and attending relevant training courses and seminars.
