An established industry player is seeking a Family Help Deputy Practice Manager to support the management of Neighbourhood Teams dedicated to improving outcomes for children and families. You will assist the Family Help Practice Manager in the day-to-day management of one or two Neighbourhood Teams for children and families. Working within a multi-agency framework, you will support families with complex needs, working as their champion and advocate to improve aspirations and outcomes by building on strengths to reduce dependency on public services.
In line with the key principles of ‘Progress With Unity’, you will embody the values and behaviours, working with colleagues across the Council and its wider partners, to achieve the best outcomes for families. You will help to deliver and lead good quality, child-centred practice across the service.
You will ensure that practice is underpinned by the Progress with Unity principles and that the practice model is embedded in all our work with children and families. You will demonstrate effective leadership and management to support staff.
