Job Description

An award winning, East Midlands-based firm is on the lookout for an experienced Family Chartered Legal Executive to join their growing team in Chesterfield. As a firm with a strong presence in the East Midlands, there is no better place to build on your Family experience and take on some high-quality work that will play on your skill set.

The Role:

The team are growing at a rapid pace and as such, they are looking for someone to hit the ground running on a broad spectrum of Family matters. You will work closely with a team of highly experienced Family specialists on a wide range of matters including Legal Aid, court advocacy, generic forms and engaging in direct client contact. Strong client care skills are a necessity for this role.

The Candidate:

In order to be considered, you must hold a full CILEx qualification. You will have experience in Fee Earning on a busy Family caseload. Previous exposure to legal aid would place your application at a distinct advantage. You should have strong client management skills and be able to communicate effectively with clients from varied backgrounds. Working under pressure, you must have strong organisational skills and be able to prioritise to a high level.
