This is an opportunity to take on a busy caseload of private family work in a well-supported environment. You’ll be joining a small, friendly team in Southport that’s part of a larger, highly regarded Legal 500 firm.

You’ll be working closely alongside an experienced and well-connected partner who has built a strong local reputation and a steady pipeline of work through word of mouth. With a dedicated secretary, a locum solicitor for extra support, and an active search for a new paralegal, you’ll have the resources you need to focus on high-quality legal work.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a solicitor with:

• Essential: 5+ PQE in private family law.
• Essential: Ability to run a caseload independently.
• Desirable: Supervisory experience to support junior team members.
• Desirable: A background in private family work without legal aid.
• Essential: A team-first mentality, willing to support others where needed.
