2 x Factory Production Operatives

Lutterworth (Near A5)

6 - 6 Mon - Thur (weekly rotating days and nights)

Starting 6am or 6pm on Thursday 3rd April (dealbreaker)

£14.34 p/hour + £21.50 p/hour for overtime (9 hours guaranteed OT per week as standard)

Full Time - Long Term Agency Contract

We are looking for 2 x experienced factory production operatives who can commit to a rotating days/nights shift at a site that makes concrete building materials.

This is an active, standing, manual role where you operate large machinery, create mixtures, unload products by hand, and work with both quality and production targets.

Working with concrete is messy, and this is a very physical role in a fast-paced, loud, busy environment.

It's a well-paid role that includes 9 hours of guaranteed overtime built into your 48-hour working week (39 hours are paid at £14.34 and the remaining 9 hours are paid at £21.50).

To be considered, you need to drive, have your own car, be confident with machine/production work, and be flexible enough to work the shift with a good awareness of health and safety.

This role offers you:

1. £14.34 p/hour + £21.50 p/hour for OT
