Factory Operative - Temp to Perm

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Factory Worker to join our Client's Plastics Department. In this role, you will assist in the production of plastic goods, ensure all machinery is running smoothly, and maintain high standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operate machinery and equipment in the plastics department, ensuring efficient production.
2. Monitor production lines and ensure products meet quality standards.
3. Perform routine checks and maintenance of machines to minimise downtime.
4. Pack finished products and prepare them for shipment.
5. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised work space.
6. Assist with inventory control and material handling as required.
7. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in a manufacturing or factory setting is preferred.
2. Basic knowledge of machine operation is a plus.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
4. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
5. Must be physically capable of lifting and moving products and materials.
6. Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
