We are recruiting for a factory operative, also known as a production operator or machine operator. The role is perfect for anyone who enjoys working in a production environment.

Main role:

Operating machinery and assembling products in a factory to a high standard. Working on production plants and on assembly lines.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain machinery and equipment
• Assemble products using hand tools and equipment
• Feed raw materials into machines
• Conduct quality checks
• Store goods and raw materials
• Inform supervisors of faulty machinery or production issues
• Keep work areas clean and free from hazardous material
• Adhere to health and safety regulations
• Adhere to operational procedures and production timelines
