Staffline is recruiting Factory Operatives in Walsall.

The rate of pay is £12.21 per hour.

Overtime is available at this site.

This is a full-time role working fixed shifts, Monday to Friday, and the hours of work are:

- 6am to 4pm

Your Time at Work

As a Factory Operative, you will be responsible for:

1. Quality checking of the products
2. Operating machine (blaster)
3. Inserting/hanging car clamps, bolts, etc. in/onto the machine/hooks, so the parts can be painted
4. Performing simple quality and function tests
5. Participating actively in continuous process improvement activities
6. Keeping the immediate work area clean and tidy
7. Following daily tool maintenance routines
8. Meeting daily volume targets and quality standards

Our perfect worker will have strong interpersonal and communication skills. You will show good attention to detail.

Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential, as full training is provided.
