Factory Operative

Groomfield Recruitment are looking for 2 Factory Operatives for their client based in Burntwood.

Start Date: 14/4/2025

Hours of Work For a Factory Operative:

Monday to Friday - Hours are between 06:00 - 16:30. Flexibility required.

Pay For A Factory Operative:

• £12.59 per hour basic
• Overtime rates are paid at time and a half and double time
• Post 12 weeks will increase to £13.40 per hour

Duties Of a Factory Operative:

• Loading machinery.
• Ensuring Health and Safety policy is complied with at all times.
• Working within a team.
• Ensuring machinery is running consistently.
• Communicating issues or faults.
• Lifting stock weighing up to 20KG.
• Labelling and palletising/packing.
