Factory Operative

Location: Droitwich
Hours: Monday - Friday 06:00 - 14:00 or 07:00 - 15:00
Pay: £11.44 p/hr
Contract: Temp - Perm

Pertemps are currently seeking a skilled Factory Operative to join our client's busy team based in Droitwich. You will be an important part of the production team, and your duties will include operating machines, packing and labelling orders, and keeping the warehouse organised. Previous experience operating machines is desirable.

The Duties of a Factory Operative:

1. Operate and run machines
2. Pack, label, and prepare orders for despatch
3. Keep the production area and warehouse clean and organised
4. Assist with loading and unloading deliveries as needed
5. Check products for quality and report any issues to supervisors
6. Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

The Requirements of a Factory Operative:

1. A strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a team
2. Good attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions
3. Basic literacy and numeracy skills
4. Physically demanding tasks, including lifting and standing for long periods
5. A positive attitude and willingness to learn
