Factory Operative

Exciting, new opportunity to join our client in Duxford. This leading food manufacturer is looking for a Factory Operative to join their team on a Temp to Perm basis.

This is a great chance to upskill and expand your knowledge in food manufacturing.

Duties of a Factory Operative:

• Washing and prepping products
• Quality control, ensuring products meet a high standard
• Basic production line duties
• Packing products
• Palletising of finished product
• Assisting in all areas of production & warehousing

The Ideal Factory Operative:

• Previous experience in food manufacturing and production preferred
• Good time keeping
• Good eye for detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Looking for full-time, temporary to permanent work
• Driver with own transport
• Counterbalance Forklift licence preferred but not necessary (paid at a higher rate)

Pay and Hours:

• £12.21 - £12.50 per hour, depending on experience
• Monday - Friday 07:30 - 17:00
