You are the internally recognized expert on digital transformation, identifying, defining and solving complex business problems by applying broad technical knowledge and an in-depth knowledge of your technical specialty. You apply the technical foundation to drive digital transformation. As a senior technical resource for the organization, you regularly interact with senior management and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

1. Leading the development and implementation of digital solutions to support zero loss journey in the manufacturing sites through IoT technologies
2. Working closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, design IoT applications, oversee their development, and ensure successful deployment and integration within manufacturing environments
3. Leading IoT Application Product Owners in design and development phases of the IoT solutions, clarifying on the priorities and roadmap for Applications continuous improvement
4. Owning the ecosystem of the IoT Applications and understanding their interactions
5. Collaborating with stakeholders to define the strategic direction for IoT applications in manufacturing plants
6. Identifying opportunities for leveraging IoT technologies to enhance operational efficiency
7. Collaborating closely with external partners and vendors to ensure the successful delivery of solutions, fostering strong working relationships and effective communication channels

Requirements:

1. University degree
2. Project Management experience
3. Experience in leading teams
4. Experience in working with cross-functional teams
5. Agile/Scrum knowledge
6. Very good command of English (C1)
