We are looking for a Facility Supervisor to join our friendly and professional team at Morgan Llwyd Leisure and Activity Centre. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the facilities, including opening up and closing down the centre. You will supervise the operation, ensuring a high level of service is being delivered, along with complying with Health and Safety guidelines. Hours: 5.5 hours per week, Monday - Sunday (rota basis)

1. Ensure effective supervision of activities and safe operation
2. Able to demonstrate customer care principles, practices and procedures
3. Previous work within a sports centre in a supervisory capacity consisting of sports/fitness facilities
4. Able to demonstrate a knowledge and understanding of health and safety management
5. Apply rules, regulations and codes of practice fairly and consistently with customers
