Facilities Supervisor

Facilities Supervisor – International firm. Mayfair office. 12-Month FTC.

Close to Green Park. £40,000 to £43,000 per annum. Lunch provided daily. Full benefits.

A prestigious global company, known for its excellence in craftsmanship and innovation, is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to ensure the smooth operation of its London office. This hands-on role covers facilities management, compliance, maintenance, and office logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure efficient building operations and compliance with health & safety regulations (HSAW, COSHH).
• Conduct fire alarm tests, coordinate evacuations, and maintain safety documentation.
• Monitor and maintain building infrastructure, proactively addressing issues.
• Supervise reception/facilities staff and provide reception cover when required.
• Oversee mail distribution, courier dispatch, and corporate stationery supplies.
• Act as a key holder and first point of contact for call-outs.
• Assist senior staff and departments as needed, including logistics and office moves.

About You:

• Well-presented, proactive, and highly organised with strong communication skills.
• Strong understanding of health & safety compliance and building management.
• Hands-on, adaptable, and able to work independently or within a team.
• Experience in facilities, reception, or office support is beneficial.
