What you’ll do:

  1. Assist in receiving, assigning, and supervising maintenance tasks, ensuring completion in line with the payment mechanism and SLAs.
  2. Plan, schedule, and administer tasks, ensuring accurate information processing and managing changes in priorities.
  3. Liaise with the Service Delivery Team to manage quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and remedial works, while maintaining accurate records in the CAFM system.
  4. Coordinate procurement of materials, support PPM scheduling, and ensure tasks are completed within KPIs, raising purchase orders when necessary.
  5. Provide general administration support, monitor task progress, assist with invoice queries, and participate in team meetings while maintaining a safe working environment.

What you bring:

  • Experience of operating within a diverse defence engineering and FM environment.
  • Must work well within a team and be able to make decisions based upon own knowledge and initiative.
  • Must have strong IT skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with Data Base type software.
  • A strong foundation in education, with GCSE passes in Maths and English.
  • Be flexible to work outside core hours when required.
