Facilities & Site Services Specialist - Food Factory (Wembley) | £400 per day | 3-6 Months

We are hiring a Facilities & Site Services Specialist for a leading food manufacturing site near Wembley. This 3-6 month contract offers an exciting opportunity to ensure the smooth operation, compliance, and efficiency of essential site services.

Role Overview:

1. Oversee and maintain key site services, including compressed air, water, steam, ventilation, drainage, effluent discharge, and fire safety systems.
2. Ensure full compliance with statutory regulations, including Legionella control, water quality monitoring, and effluent discharge.
3. Manage site asset strategies to maintain legal, safety, and environmental standards.
4. Maintain compliance registers and ensure all regulatory requirements are met on time.
5. Develop contingency plans for potential service failures, minimizing operational impact.
6. Produce compliance reports and support continuous improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

1. Strong background in facilities management, site services, and engineering compliance.
2. Experience in food manufacturing or industrial site operations.
3. Knowledge of water systems, steam processes, fire safety, and effluent discharge regulations.
4. Ability to interpret and analyze performance data to drive operational improvements.
5. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and reporting skills.

Location: Near Wembley
Duration: 3-6 Months
Rate: £400 per day
Hours: Monday to Friday
