The role supports corporate council buildings by providing administrative support across the organisation, including finance and invoicing transactions, post room duties, building management support such as meeting room co-ordination, reception facilities, and other administrative support.
You will have good experience of working in an administrative and general financial environment, and a flexible approach to work. The role requires someone with experience of working on a busy reception, or in a customer-facing role, delivering excellent service to internal and external customers. You will be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines, and in response to a busy and changing environment. Good planning, organisational, and prioritisation skills are therefore essential to this busy and exciting role.
This role is based at council buildings in Scunthorpe and Brigg.
