  • Support Site Responsible Managers (SRMs) in identifying, describing, and logging all property issues, including building defects and soft FM challenges such as grounds maintenance and cleaning.
  • Mentor, instruct, and passionately coach the junior members of the FM team and our dedicated building occupier colleagues on the vital aspects of the Facilities Management service provision, fostering an environment of up-skilling and meaningful knowledge transfer.
  • Ensure that administrative duties are carried out and/or overseen with care to guarantee all operational and statutory records are maintained promptly, and that helpdesk issues are being effectively addressed.

No candidate will meet every single desired qualification. If your experience looks a little different from what we've identified and you think you can bring value to the role, we'd love to learn more about you.
