Job description

A luxury residential scheme in the heart of SW London is looking to hire an experienced Facilities Manager to join the team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading managing agent in the sector, on a prestigious development which offers luxury amenities for its residents.

Salary: £65,000 per annum

Rota: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm

Duties:

  1. Building strong relationships with residents, stakeholders, and team members.
  2. Assist in reviewing SLAs and KPIs with the General Manager.
  3. Ensure 100% compliance with health and safety regulations.
  4. Log and resolve maintenance issues promptly.
  5. Manage contractors and ensure timely completion of work.
  6. Ensure building and plant rooms are maintained.
  7. Keep a daily log of incidents and requests.
  8. Ensure health and safety compliance with regular audits.
  9. Support the General Manager in service standards and operational procedures.
  10. Budget management.
  11. Collaborate with the Health & Safety Consultant on risk assessments and staff training.
  12. Oversee training for staff and support the team where required.
  13. Maintain safety and security protocols.

Qualifications:

  1. IOSH is a requirement and NEBOSH is preferred.
  2. Excellent knowledge of building health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  3. Understanding of the Building Safety Act.
  4. IT literate.
  5. Supervisory experience.
