Facilities Maintenance Technician
Multi-site role - Liverpool/Wirral region only with company van for travel
£30,000 to £35,000
Days - Monday to Friday

My client, a market leader within their industry, is looking for a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join the business & ensure the building, utilities, and services are maintained. Role Description
In collaboration with the Facilities manager, ensure all building fabrics, building services, facilities, general housekeeping, and grounds are maintained.
Complete repairs in various fields including carpentry, plumbing, interior & exterior lighting, decorating, and fixing locks.
Carry out testing or assist on fire alarms, intruder systems, emergency lights, water systems, portable appliance testing. Alternatively, coordinate with subcontractors where necessary.
Working on specific projects as required.
Inspecting and troubleshooting problems and issues across the business.
The opportunity to take on responsibility for new projects within the Department.
Collaborate with other members of the business and positively challenge current working practices.
Skills and Qualifications
Full UK License is essential.
City & Guilds, BTEC, or Apprentice trained.
IPAF, PASMA, IOSH training is desired.
