About the role
We’re excited to be looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our Facilities team.
Are you a maintenance technician that is sick of working outside in the cold? Why not join us in our warm and comfortable office, where your responsibilities will include keeping it that way! Our colleagues and tenants love their comfortable environment, but things go wrong and sometimes need fixing. It’s also important to keep the environment fresh and therefore it sometimes needs a lick of paint and a spruce up. If fixing taps and air conditioning is your type of challenge. If painting and decorating is your bag. If basic electrical issues are within your skillset, you might be the person we are looking for.
How you’ll make an impact:
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our office operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly. You’ll manage day-to-day maintenance, support compliance with health and safety regulations, and confidently liaise with contractors to keep our workplace in top condition. Beyond maintenance, you’ll play an active role in our environmental initiatives, including the care and development of our local wildlife meadow—helping us drive sustainability across the organisation.
If you’re hands-on, a good communicator, and ready to make a tangible impact on safety, sustainability, and team morale, this is your opportunity to shine!
We’d love to hear from you if you offer the following:
