How will I be supporting the work of the Trust?
You will provide high quality support service to assist Trust managers and employees to operate sites safely, and in line with facilities maintenance processes and procedures.

What does this involve?

  1. Providing administration support and assisting the Facilities Operations Supervisor to ensure Trust facilities are well-maintained and compliant.
  2. You will be an important point of contact for our site teams, understanding their facilities maintenance needs, scheduling work, and liaising with contractors to ensure the Papworth Trust teams receive a great service for their site.

Who are we looking for?

  1. Good customer service and administration skills
  2. Able to plan and organise work for sites
  3. Confident and clear communicator
  4. The ability to learn new processes and a good attention to detail
  5. IT skills are essential, particularly Microsoft Office, and training will be provided for Trust systems.
