Fixed Site based in Camden. Commutable from London and surrounding areas.

Within this varied role, you will carry out electrical, plumbing and carpentry PPM and reactive maintenance to their 4 story office block as well as look after the 9 residential flats reserved for exclusive clients. Candidates with any Facilities Maintenance or Multi-trade experience are encouraged to apply.

The Role:
  • Maintain building and plant rooms to a high standard
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 - 4:30
  • 1 in 6 call out rota where you accrue days in lieu

  • Electrical, Plumbing and/or carpentry experience
  • Lives commutable to Camden
