We are looking for a facilities maintenance engineer at our manufacturing site in Coventry. We have been supplying high quality parts to the automotive industry for well over 30 years, with a substantial order book up until the end of 2026 already in place.

As a company, we have exceptional retention rates for engineers with 7 of our 8 strong maintenance team having been with us in excess of 10 years. We have a turnover in excess of £1 billion for the last year with no plans to slow down.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Maintenance and upkeep of site facilities within an industrial environment.
2. This will include maintenance of lighting, drainage, fire alarms, security systems, air conditioning units, air handling systems, and CCTV systems.
3. There will also be an element of DIY responsibilities.

The Successful Engineer

1. Facilities maintenance engineer with a minimum of 3 years' experience in an industrial environment.
2. Electrical qualification would be highly beneficial for this role.
3. Comfortable working alone.
