Job description

Rare opportunity to join a fabulous, close-knit facilities team, supporting the manager in the day-to-day maintenance of the building, including assistance with DSE assessments, office inductions, dealing with supplies and assisting with couriers and post. There will also be an IT element to the role, and the successful candidate will build laptops, create joiner packs and assist with administration of the local service desk.

This is a busy and varied role where no two days will be the same! You ll get the opportunity to work with staff across the business, lending your support with a range of issues and ensuring that all practical matters run smoothly. Our client is willing to be flexible on level, and training will be provided to the right candidate who is keen to be part of a team, and who has a focus on service excellence and a genuine desire to learn new skills and develop their career.

Previous skills in business administration and knowledge of IT fundamentals are essential, and any training/experience in Health & Safety would be advantageous. An organised, can-do approach is a must, and the ideal candidate will be a people-person with a collaborative, friendly outlook!
