Job description

We are currently recruiting for a Facilities Electrician, based in Camberley to join our client on a full-time permanent basis. This role is essential in supporting the Facilities Engineering team by carrying out electrical and facilities-related work, ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of systems.

Job Description

Responsible for:

  1. Assembly, installation, maintenance, testing and fault diagnosis, repair, and disassembly of a wide range of electrical plant and associated components.
  2. Conducting in-service inspection & testing of electrical equipment (PAT).
  3. Conducting general commercial electrical maintenance.
  4. Undertaking building maintenance tasks and performing routine preventative maintenance.
  5. Working at height to access warehouse areas to deal with any electrical related repairs/installs.

Essential Skills
  1. Experienced and qualified in commercial electrical installations.
  2. Demonstrable experience of working alongside an electrician or as an electrician.
  3. Knowledge of electrical legislation regulations requirements for compliance.
