Facilities Coordinator - Willis Aviation Services Limited

This is an exciting period for Willis Aviation Services Limited. We are expanding our services and growing our teams, which includes the addition of a new Facilities Coordinator to join our Safety Department at Teesside Airport.

Reporting to the Safety and Compliance Manager, responsibilities will include ensuring that our facilities at Teesside Airport are safe and compliant. We are looking for a candidate who can oversee the day-to-day operations across our facility, coordinate external contractors, cover for the Health and Safety Advisor, assist with training and risk assessments, and coordinate emergency drills.

Requirements

1. Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the aviation or engineering sector (desirable)
2. Strong knowledge of UK health and safety regulations and legislation
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
4. Interpersonal skills / Team player and stakeholder (internal & external) liaison
5. Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office
