The Facilities Coordinator II is a user of the Bassett Healthcare Network's Computerized Maintenance Management System, including review and approval of all data entered into the system, sorting, reporting, and analyzing data for all departments within Facilities Management with an entity up to 500,000 square feet and Support Systems. Coordinates the activities for the maintenance shops and support service departments, through the assignments of work orders, including but not limited to Electrical, HVAC, Mechanical, Carpentry, Paint, Grounds, and Regional Maintenance. Coordinates Maintenance workflow and identifies system deficiencies. Use of Bassett Healthcare Network's Computerized Maintenance System to include, software training, and accurate reporting, and effectively ensures it functions with the most current versions and applications. Exercises discretion and judgment with the authority to make independent decisions on matters of significance within the Facilities division. Involved in the planning, design, and establishment of data entry standards used in the CMMS. Follows standards/procedures used for entering facility-wide information. Designs and creates reports and other reporting tools used in work orders, preventive maintenance, and productivity analysis. Coordinates facility asset records and preventative maintenance schedules. This position creates, coordinates, and maintains documentation of Preventive Maintenance and required documentation for The Joint Commission, Code Inspections, Environment of Care Rounds, and other regulatory agencies for all of the Bassett Healthcare Network under the direction of the Facilities Director.
