This is a great opportunity to join our busy, friendly Facilities team. You’ll help with the day-to-day running of the Broadside office, and will hold the position of Key Holder for the building. It's a varied role that involves hands on work and administrative work. You'll need to be able to work on a rota to cover the service from 7:00am - 6:00pm.

Key tasks include:

  1. Maintaining access arrangements
  2. Carrying out Health & Safety Checks, building and maintenance audits
  3. Setting up meeting rooms and equipment
  4. Assisting with post duties
  5. Monitoring levels of stock and equipment, such as stationery
  6. Supporting the Facilities manager including attending contract meetings, liaising with contractors, maintaining compliance records, providing sufficient updates and raising any required remedial works
  7. Raising and monitoring purchase orders and invoices

We’re looking for someone who has brilliant customer service and administrative skills, a good awareness of health & safety and a good eye for detail. We also need someone who is willing to be flexible, and who is comfortable working on their own or as part of a team. Experience of providing facilities support in an office environment would be helpful, but isn’t essential.

We offer:

  • Pension contributions matched up to 6%
  • 28 days holiday + bank holidays and the option to buy/sell holiday
  • Training & Development and opportunities for continuing professional development including regular tool box talks
  • A great team of colleagues to work with
  • Regular charitable events and a range of wellbeing activities
  • Enhanced family leave policies
  • A really competitive package of flexible employee benefits including a cycle to work scheme
  • Free parking
  • Access to two holiday homes (in Dorset and Norfolk)
