Role Purpose
To support the delivery of a defined customer focused, effective, safe, clean and secure FM services.
Under direction undertake reception, post room and general office functions including the maintenance of FM information systems, enquiry handling, room bookings and portering duties, in order to satisfy building user requirements.
Liaise with colleagues over the response to and support for building maintenance, security and events management.
