Job description

An excellent opportunity for a Facilities Administrator to join a well-established company in a permanent, fully office-based role has become available. This position will be based on the outskirts of south Aberdeen, with access via car required. Working hours will include c8am starts, with an earlier finish on a Friday.

Reporting to the QHSE Manager, you will be responsible for the coordination of facilities maintenance for the office site.

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Coordinating with various departments for facilities, utilities or any other requirements that can affect operations, including building improvements.
  • Maintaining register to ensure all required inspections, servicing and maintenance is completed.
  • Managing contractors on site.
  • Ensuring inspections are completed and meet legal requirements.
  • Coordinating plant and equipment hire, ensuring all relevant permits are in place.
  • Supporting with vehicle management.
  • Managing waste disposal, recycling, pest control and general landscaping activities.
