Are you an Experienced Facilities Admin? Are you looking for work in an NHS Trust based in the West Midlands?

I have a client looking for an experienced Facilities Admin to come and work on their site in the facilities department.

Details of Assignment:

  • Producing swipe cards
  • Controlling accommodation for staff
  • Covering the welcome desk and coordinating jobs for porters and cleaners
  • Answering the desk phone and emails while liaising with the department
  • Looking after patient files while liaising with usual health and safety regulations

Job Details:

  • The role is paying £14.50 per hour on a temp to perm basis for a 37.5 hour week
  • You can be paid PAYE or Umbrella
  • The role is 6-12 months with the ability to go permanent afterwards
