Job description

Leadership Development Facilitator

Salary - Circa £80,000

This is a great role for someone who loves facilitating and coaching in a team or programme setting. You will have a background in leadership or team development design and delivery gained as a consultant or as an in-house development specialist. You are qualified to use a range of tools and techniques that bring insight to individuals and teams to help them develop.

A bit about the job:

You will be expected to facilitate a combination of live and virtual workshops. In the main these will be workshops from our core and new leadership development programmes with participants from across Aviva with various levels of leadership experience. There will opportunities to deliver other learning and leadership workshops based on business need, such as skills boosters or leadership team effectiveness.

  • From time to time, you will partner with members of a business faculty, providing them with guidance, coaching and feedback.
  • You will be required to deliver engaging, interactive, and impactful leadership development sessions. You will need to travel to Perth for 3 days a week for the next 18 months.
  • Bring in personal business and leadership insights to enrich the learning experience.
  • Collaborate with different members of our business and People Function faculty to create effective co-delivery.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to participants to enhance their leadership skills.

Skills and experience we're looking for:
  • Excellent facilitation capability crafted in a learning environment.
  • Excellent listening and feedback skills.
  • Prepare well, master programme content, and deliver with agility and efficiency.
  • Experience of interpreting psychometrics, providing feedback, and coaching to individuals and teams.
  • Work well in a team, co-facilitating with others as well as independently.

What you'll get for this role:
  • Salary - Circa £80,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).
  • Bonus opportunity - 12% of annual salary, actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva's.
