A fabulous opportunity has become available in the beautiful Cotswold countryside near Stow-on-the-Wold for a full time Nanny who is passionate about their career in Early Years.

The family of four are looking for a nanny to become part of their harmonious family. The parents are busy professionals but are very relaxed, open and honest. They have two children aged 3 and 1 years. You will be required to have age appropriate experience and ideally have worked previously within a family environment with two children of the same age. The 3 year old is a sociable and inquisitive girl who loves to be in nature, exploring bugs, snails and loves animals too. The one year old is delightful and loves to explore. They would love a Nanny who can enjoy the countryside and natural environment with the children and can provide fun and stimulating activities outdoors and indoors, balanced with attending local groups to support their development.

The ideal candidate will be positive, calm, resilient, nurturing and compassionate who is easy going and happy to muck in with family life. They are looking for a career nanny who will be with them long term and can be an integral part of their family. Your duties will be all child related but they would appreciate someone who is happy to help out when needed to ensure the home is kept tidy and organised. They would love to find someone who has the flexibility to carry out some babysitting duties as well as the occasional overnight care. You will also be required to travel with the family due to parents work.

The family live in a beautiful location, near Cheltenham, with a large garden, a swimming pool, surrounded by stunning countryside. They enjoy walks, spending time at the weekends socialising with friends and relaxing from their busy work lives. This is a live out position but for the right candidate, they would consider live in, with separate accommodation.

Days: Monday – Friday
Hours: 7am-7pm
Qualification: Ideally a formal child care qualification but this is not essential.
Experience: At least 5 years as a Nanny
Driver: Essential, car to use on duty
Pets in the home: 1 dog (Dachshund)
Salary: £50,000 gross per annum
