Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Fabricator Welder with ASME IX coding and extensive experience in the petrochemical industry. The successful candidate will join our expert team, working on high-specification fabrication and welding projects in a fast-paced and safety-critical environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Carry out precision welding and fabrication to ASME IX standards.
  2. Experience working to WPS.
  3. Work with a variety of materials, including stainless steel, carbon steel, and exotic alloys.
  4. Read and interpret complex engineering drawings and welding procedures.
  5. Ensure compliance with industry safety regulations and quality control measures.
  6. Collaborate with engineers, inspectors, and project teams to meet tight deadlines.
  7. Conduct inspections and repairs on pressure vessels, pipework, and structural components.
Requirements:
  1. ASME IX Coded Welder certification (TIG/MIG/MMA).
  2. Proven experience in the petrochemical, oil & gas, or heavy industrial sectors.
  3. Strong fabrication skills, including cutting, bending, and assembling components.
  4. Ability to work from technical drawings and specifications.
  5. Knowledge of welding procedures, NDT techniques, and industry regulations.
  6. Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
