Fabric Technician / Maintenance Technician

Hours: Monday to Friday, Split Shift (7 AM - 4 PM / 9 AM - 5 PM)

We're recruiting for a Fabric / Maintenance Technician to join a leading FM provider, a prestigious blue-chip law firm in London. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a high-end corporate environment with great benefits.

Key Responsibilities for a Fabric/Maintenance Technician:

1. Carry out fabric maintenance and minor repairs across the site, ensuring high standards are maintained.
2. Perform general building maintenance tasks including carpentry, plumbing, painting, and basic electrical work.
3. Assist with reactive and planned preventative maintenance (PPM).
4. Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.
5. Provide excellent customer service while working in a professional corporate setting.

Essential Qualifications/Skills for a Fabric Technician:

1. Previous experience in a fabric/building maintenance role.
2. Strong knowledge of general maintenance tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, and minor electrical work.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a corporate environment.
4. Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.
