Fabric Engineer

Position: Fabric Engineer
Location: Plymouth
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum
Benefits: 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays, company van, fuel card, overtime available

Are you a skilled Fabric Engineer looking for a new challenge within a leading Facilities Management (FM) business?

We are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious FM client seeking an experienced Fabric Engineer. This role offers a competitive salary, generous benefits, and opportunities for overtime.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building fabric and structures.
  2. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to building fabric.
  3. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  4. Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance.
  5. Collaborate with the FM team to provide excellent service.

Requirements:
  1. Proven experience as a Fabric Engineer, preferably in the FM sector.
  2. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  3. Up-to-date knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  4. Valid UK driving licence.
